About Rowville Sports Academy
Introduction
Rowville Sports Academy (RSA) was opened in 2008 as one of the only school-based sports academies in Victoria. The original sport programs RSA offered were Basketball, Soccer and Golf. Netball was offered for the first time in 2009 while Australian Rules and Volleyball were added in 2013. The sport programs offer talented student athletes the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in their relevent sport as part of an intregrated curriculum where one third of their class time is dedicated to their sport while two thirds of their class time is dedicated to traditional academic subjects.
